Why rent furniture for a corporate event?
Putting on a professional event means juggling a hundred details at once. Furniture is usually the last thing anyone thinks about — and yet it's the first thing that sets the tone the moment your guests walk through the door.
Buying furniture for a one-off event makes very little sense: a heavy outlay, somewhere to store it afterwards, transport to arrange. Event furniture rental solves the equation: you get beautifully designed pieces for as long as your event runs, and our teams handle delivery, installation and collection. You don't have to lift a finger.
What kinds of events can we furnish?
Seminars and conferences — Tables, comfortable seating and lounge furniture for networking breaks. Someone sitting comfortably for six hours takes in far more of what they're told.
Product launches and press evenings — This is where furniture matters most. The atmosphere has to reflect your brand: velvet sofas, walnut coffee tables, bouclé armchairs. The setting becomes a backdrop for photographs, and your visuals travel well beyond the evening itself.
Trade shows — A tastefully furnished stand holds visitors far longer than one with three folding chairs. Furniture is the difference between someone walking past and someone stopping to talk.
Client evenings and internal events — General meetings, end-of-year parties, office openings: furniture gives the space structure and creates natural pockets for conversation.
Film and photo shoots — When a production needs a convincing set for a few days, renting is the only sensible option.
How does it work in practice?
- You tell us about your event: date, venue, number of guests, the mood you're after, your budget.
- We put forward a selection matched to your space and your brand, with a clear quote.
- We deliver and install ahead of the event, working around your access and timing constraints.
- We collect everything afterwards — without your team having to lift a finger.
How far in advance should you book?
For a standard event, allow two to three weeks: enough time to sign off the selection, reserve the pieces and plan the logistics. For a larger project, or during peak season (spring and the end of the year), give yourself a little more room.
That said, we're used to working to tight deadlines too. If your event is ten days away, give us a call: depending on availability, it's often perfectly doable.
Where do we operate?
Our teams deliver right across Switzerland: Geneva, Lausanne, Nyon and La Côte, Montreux and the Riviera, Fribourg, Neuchâtel, Bern, Basel, Zug and Zurich. Our logistics base in Gland puts us at the heart of the Lake Geneva region, which keeps lead times short throughout French-speaking Switzerland.
What if the event happens regularly?
Plenty of companies run several events a year. In that case, a subscription spread over a few months works out better than a string of one-off rentals: you keep the furniture between dates and smooth out the cost. We look at arrangements like this on a case-by-case basis.
Let's talk about your project
Every event comes with its own constraints: an unusual venue, awkward access, a tight deadline, a tightly defined brand identity. The simplest thing is to talk it through.
