When short-term is the right call
- Relocation after damage. Fire, water damage: your insurer rehouses you, but the temporary flat is empty. We furnish within days, and the invoice can be issued to your insurance. One of our most frequent cases.
- Renovation at home. Three months of works, a stopgap flat to equip without eating into the renovation budget.
- Work assignment or secondment. Six months in Geneva or Zurich for a project: a functional home from the first week, handed back on the last.
- Trial period. You will only know after three months whether the job — and the city — suit you. Buying furniture before you know makes no sense.
- Between two homes. The new lease starts in September, the old one ends in June. Serviced flats are expensive; an empty flat at normal rent, furnished by us, often costs less.

How it works
Describe the home, the estimated duration and your budget. We compose a selection — a turnkey pack to move fast, or piece by piece from the catalogue: sofa, bed, table, chairs, desk, storage. Our teams deliver and assemble everything; at the end, give us a week's notice and we come and collect.
If your stay stretches, nothing to redo: the contract simply rolls on month to month. And if you grow attached to certain pieces, the option to buy stays open at any time.

Can my insurance cover the rental after damage to my home?
It is common: as part of a rehousing, many insurers cover temporary furnishing. We draw up the quote and the invoicing so as to make your claim easier — talk to your insurer and to us.
How fast can you furnish the flat?
A few days, depending on availability and region. For an urgent rehousing, tell us upfront: we prioritise what makes the home liveable — bed, table, seating.
What happens if I extend?
Nothing new to sign: the contract continues month to month at the same rate. You can also swap pieces along the way if your needs change.
Is it cheaper than a serviced apartment?
