Anticipating Geneva's constraints

Three points come up in every city event:

Access and delivery slots. Many Geneva venues only allow unloading at set times. Give us the venue's rules at the quote stage, not the day before.
Set-up time. Some sites release the space only a few hours in advance. We size the team accordingly, but we need to know upfront.
Seasonality. Trade fair periods and the end of the year concentrate demand. Book early: the available selection is far wider two months ahead than one week ahead.

We sometimes work within a few days depending on availability, but two to six weeks gives you a much wider selection. For trade fair periods and the end of the year, allow more.

Do you rent for a single day?

Yes. Events are counted in days, unlike our residential rentals which run in months. The duration is set in the quote.

Do you handle set-up and dismantling?

Yes, with our own teams. We deliver, install to the agreed plan, then return to dismantle and collect after the event.

What happens if something is damaged during the event?

The terms are in the quote, with the distinction between normal wear and damage. We set them out before signature, so there are no surprises.
