The events around them — private views, collectors' receptions, gallery lounges, private dinners — unfold before an audience whose profession is looking at objects. The constraint nobody anticipates: the season

Basel's event profile is highly concentrated. Certain windows of the year simultaneously saturate venues, hotels, caterers, hauliers and furniture providers across the whole trinational region — to the point that prices and availability bear no relation to the rest of the year.

If your event falls in one of those windows, the only good strategy is to plan very far ahead. We would rather tell you early that a date is tight than let you discover late that nothing is left.

What we supply

Our stock of design furniture composes a restrained lounge for a congress as readily as a reception space with more character: sofas, armchairs, chairs, tables, coffee tables, sideboards, lighting and decoration. For summer events in the city's courtyards and terraces, our outdoor furniture takes over.

What you should know about our lead times

Our warehouse is in Gland, between Geneva and Lausanne. Our response times in Basel are therefore longer than in French-speaking Switzerland, and we decline some last-minute requests rather than promise what we could not deliver. Allow three to six weeks in normal periods, and more during the high-demand windows. In return, installation is carried out by our own teams and the selection is identical to what our Romandie clients receive.

Two logistics points specific to Basel

The old town. Narrow streets, pedestrian zones, regulated access: unloading often requires a permit and a precise slot. Tell us at the quote stage, not the day before.
The trinational context. If your event takes place on the French or German side of the agglomeration, say so upfront: crossing the border changes the formalities and the timetable.
