Swaap is not only a rental company: we are a reseller of the brands that make up our fleet. Every piece in the catalogue therefore exists in two versions of the same decision — rent it from one month, or buy it. And the two combine: rent first, buy later, with 50% of rent paid deducted from the price.

Because you are buying what rental has already tested. We choose these brands for one precise reason: their pieces withstand real life — moves, children, years. Furniture that survives rental will thrive in your home. And when you buy outright, you receive new pieces, delivered and assembled by our teams, with no imports or transport to manage.
Hesitating between renting and buying is not a problem — it is our model: start with a rental — for a temporary need, a show flat, an arrival in Switzerland — and exercise the purchase option once you are sure. The rent you have paid is not lost: half of it becomes your down payment.

Frequently asked questions
Are your purchase prices the same as the brand's?
Our prices include what the brands charge separately or do not offer: delivery and assembly by our teams in Switzerland. Compare the delivered-and-installed price, not the catalogue price.
How exactly does the purchase option work?
At any point during a rental, you can acquire the piece: 50% of the rent already paid is deducted from the sale price. The worked example is in our terms and conditions.
Can I order a piece from a brand not in the catalogue?
Talk to us: depending on the brand and volumes, we can source on request — that is our bespoke approach, used notably by developers and companies.
Is purchased furniture under warranty?
New pieces carry the two-year legal warranty. Outlet pieces are sold as seen, inspected and described — the exact terms are in our T&Cs.
