Installation within 5 working days between quote approval and the completed staging. If your property sells before the end of the package, we simply collect the furniture — no fees, no penalty. If you need longer, extension is monthly and pro rata, with no new commitment.
The maths that matter
A property that lingers ends up dropping its price — and the first reduction rarely negotiates below several tens of thousands of francs on the Swiss market. Against that, CHF 2,900 to 4,900 to transform the listing photos and the emotion of viewings isn't an expense: it's the cheapest insurance premium in the whole sale file.
What moves the price
- The number of rooms staged: living room, open kitchen and master bedroom are the decision-making rooms. Well-targeted partial staging often gives the best cost/effect ratio.
- The duration: 3 months covers a normal marketing window; 6 months suits premium properties, whose sale cycle runs longer.
- Professional photography: included from the Premium package — often what triggers clicks on Immoscout24 and Homegate.
- Access: floor, lift and truck access affect logistics, and therefore the final quote.
FAQ
Why 3 or 6 months?
Three months matches the marketing window of a well-presented, correctly priced property. Six months suits premium and prestige properties with longer cycles. Beyond that, monthly extension.
Is the price the same for a house and a studio?
No: packages are calibrated on the number of rooms staged, from 2 rooms (Flexible) to 4+ rooms (Prestige). A full villa is quoted individually — but the sale stakes scale accordingly.
What if the property sells before the end?
That's the goal. We collect the furniture, with no extra fee and no penalty.
What if the buyer wants to keep the furniture?
It happens — and it's planned for: every piece can be purchased, a closing argument brokers appreciate.
Is the furniture insured?
Yes, for the whole duration of the contract. You have nothing to manage.
