Unlike the Riviera, where events are largely private and seasonal, Zurich runs year-round and for professional reasons. The formats we meet:

We compose from our stock of design furniture: sofas and armchairs for lounge and networking zones, chairs and tables for seated formats and dinners, coffee tables, sideboards, lighting and decoration. For warm-season events on terraces or by the lake, our outdoor furniture completes the set.

The point we prefer to state upfront

Our warehouse is in Gland, between Geneva and Lausanne. In practice this means our response times in Zurich are longer than in French-speaking Switzerland, and we accept last-minute requests less readily. In return, the available selection is identical to what our Romandie clients get, and installation is carried out by our own teams, not a local subcontractor. Allow three to six weeks for a Zurich event: that is genuine advice, not a sales line.

Three local particularities

Punctuality is a criterion, not a courtesy. Delivery and set-up slots announced in Zurich are held to the quarter-hour by the venues. Send us the site's exact rules at the quote stage.
The industrial venues of Zurich-West offer raw volume and no furniture. This is where our work changes the guest experience most.
Trade fair periods saturate every provider in the region, hauliers included. That is when booking early matters most.
