Rent or buy your furniture?
The right answer mostly depends on one variable: how long you're staying. Pick your situation — the calculator compares the three options.

What the numbers don't show
Buying ties up capital from day one — right when the rental deposit already blocks up to three months' rent. Renting spreads the cost, includes delivery, assembly and collection, and keeps a door open: at Swaap, if you eventually decide to buy your furniture, 50% of the rent already paid is deducted from the purchase price — the calculator takes this into account.
